Terms & Conditions (AGB)

Pre-orders only. All orders must be submitted before your rotation begins.
An order is accepted only after full payment (online or cash) is made before the start of the tournament. You will then receive a confirmation of your order.
Refunds are only possible if the performance is cancelled.
All prices include VAT.

Processing time is up to 3 weeks.
Express processing (within 3 days after the competition) is available at double price for the entire order.
Once I have sent the link, the download link is valid for 3 weeks.

You can choose either a video or a photo package per routine (not both).
I send all the best pictures, usually about 30 per routine, sometimes more or less depending on how the gymnast performs.
Photos are delivered in original size, with color correction.
I do not retouch photos. Detailed retouching (removing stains, underwear, background) costs €10 per photo.

A “reel” is a highlight clip featuring the best and most successful elements of the routine, typically around 20–30 seconds.
For video, please send me your music to my email, not WhatsApp.
I carefully select the strongest moments and edit them into a cohesive video, matching the music to the introduction and overall flow.
Slow motion is not used in every video. It is applied only when an element is performed cleanly and beautifully, and when I consider it appropriate for the edit. It is not guaranteed.

I may use photos and videos for my portfolio unless you request otherwise. Your privacy will always be respected.
