Terms and conditions (AGB)

• Orders are accepted only if full payment is made before the start of the tournament, you will receive the confirmation to your order. If you  do not receive confirmation email, please contact me.
• Delivery time is up to 3 weeks. Express delivery (within 3 days after the competition) is available at double price.
• The video package consists of an edited short clip in reel format, typically around 25-40 seconds, if you have music ( mp3)  for your performance , please send me to my email antipovaphotography@gmail.com .  Because i overlay clean sound to the video.
• I also cannot guarantee publishing a Reel on my page. I publish only a limited number of videos per event for my portfolio.
• I will send all the best pictures. Usually there will be about 30 / routine. Sometimes more or less, depending on how the gymnast performs. Photo format is 4x5 in original size. In color correction.
• I dont do retouching of photos, If you want to additionally remove stains, underwear, background - detailed retouching costs 15 euro per Photo.
• You can choose either a video or photo package per routine (not both).
• Refunds are only possible if the performance is canceled (excluding payment system fees).
• Files will be delivered via download link (valid for 3 weeks).
• I may use photos/videos for my portfolio unless you request otherwise. Your privacy will always be respected.
•  I dont store photos/videos forever. Once I have sent the link , download link is valid for 3 weeks .
