Terms and conditions (AGB)

• I accept pre-orders only, and all orders must be submitted before your rotation begins.
• Orders are accepted only if full payment ( online or cash)  is made before the start of the tournament, you will receive the confirmation to your order. 
• Delivery time is up to 3 weeks.
• Express delivery (within 3 days after the competition) is available at double price for the entire order.

          Video-Reel 

• A “reel” is a highlight clip featuring the best and most successful elements of the performance routine, typically around 25-40 seconds.
• I carefully select the strongest moments and edit them into a cohesive video, matching the music to the introduction and overall flow.
• Slow motion is not used in every video. It is applied only when the element is performed cleanly and beautifully, and only when I consider it appropriate for the edit. It is not guaranteed to be included in your video.
• I dont send full video, only if you ask beforehand.
• The final edited video clip  is considered complete and is not subject to revisions or re-editing.
• I also cannot guarantee publishing a Reel on my page. I publish only a limited number of videos per event for my portfolio

            Photos 

• I will send all the best pictures. Usually there will be about 30 / routine. Sometimes more or less, depending on how the gymnast performs. Photo format is 4x5 in original size. In color correction.
• I dont do retouching of photos, If you want to additionally remove stains, underwear, background - detailed retouching costs 10 euro per Photo.
• You can choose either a video or photo package per routine (not both).
• Refunds are only possible if the performance is cancelled .
• I may use photos/videos for my portfolio unless you request otherwise. Your privacy will always be respected.
• Once I have sent the link , download link is valid for 3 weeks .
